Prowl’s dashboard is the control center for your entire server. Instead of running slash commands to configure the bot, you can manage every feature through a clean visual interface — adjusting settings, creating rules, and reviewing activity all from one place.

Logging In

The dashboard uses Discord’s OAuth2 system for authentication, so there’s no separate account to create.
1

Visit the dashboard

Go to prowlbot.xyz/login in your browser and click the Login with Discord button.
2

Authorize dashboard access

Discord will ask you to authorize Prowl’s dashboard to read your account information (username, avatar, and the list of servers you belong to). Click Authorize. No sensitive account data is stored.
3

Select your server

After logging in you’ll land on the server selection screen. Every server where you have the Administrator or Manage Server permission — and where Prowl is already present — will appear as a tile. Click the server you want to manage.
If a server you manage isn’t listed, Prowl hasn’t been invited to it yet. Click the Add to Server button on that tile to invite the bot, then return to the dashboard.

Dashboard Layout

Once you’ve selected a server, you’ll see the main dashboard interface. The left-hand sidebar lists every available feature module. The large content area on the right displays that module’s settings.
The sidebar is always visible on desktop. On mobile browsers the sidebar collapses into a hamburger menu

Key Feature Sections

Moderation

Configure warnings, kicks, bans, and timed mutes. Review your server’s full moderation history and manage active punishments — all without touching a slash command.

AutoMod

Build automated rules that detect and act on spam, banned words, invite links, excessive caps, and more. Set thresholds, choose actions, and define role-based exemptions.

Leveling

Customize XP rates, level-up announcement channels, and automatic role rewards. View a full leaderboard for your server and manually adjust member XP when needed.

Tickets

Create ticket panels with custom categories, staff roles, and opening messages. Review open and archived tickets and configure how closed tickets are handled.

Verification

Set up a gate that new members must pass before accessing the rest of the server. Choose from button-click, CAPTCHA, or question-based verification flows.

Automation

Build trigger-and-action workflows without any code. Automate welcome messages, role assignments, scheduled announcements, and other repetitive server tasks.

All Sidebar Sections

Here is the full list of modules available in the sidebar and what each one controls:

Saving Changes

Most settings panels behave in one of two ways:
  • Auto-save toggles — switches and checkboxes save the moment you click them. A brief confirmation toast will appear in the corner of the screen.
  • Form panels — pages with text fields, dropdowns, or multi-step configurations display a Save button at the bottom. Click it after making your changes to apply them.
Navigating away from a form panel before clicking Save will discard your unsaved changes. Always confirm that the save toast has appeared before switching to another section.

Mobile Access

The dashboard is fully responsive and works in any modern mobile browser. To navigate between feature sections on a small screen:
  1. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner to open the sidebar.
  2. Tap the section you want to manage.
  3. The sidebar will close automatically and your selected panel will load.
For the best experience when doing detailed configuration work — such as building AutoMod rules or Automation workflows — a desktop or tablet-sized screen is recommended, as some panels display multiple columns of settings.
